At first it was diffcult to find the place but then after 10mins we found it...
It has a nice interior... i liked the whole decor of the cafe... they had conical shaped macaron towers and a variety of different macaron to choose from...
First we wanted to try out the macarons so we went for 3 different flavor's i.e Caramel, Mocha & Donatella.... All were nice but B like Caramel the best...
Then B ordered Creme Brûlée (he's favourite) and i asked the host to recommed their speciality or the most ordered dish out of the menu...and he recommend the souflet au chocolate( signature dish) or the fondant... i went for the souflet au chocolate...(the preparation time in given on the menu..mine took around 15mins)
The Creme Brûlée is divided into 4 (vanilla, chocolate and 2 caramel) and the souflet au chocolate is served with vanilla ice cream... both of our dishes were delicious...My soufle was soft and beautiful had an amazing texture to it...
Later to take away , we ordered a small box filled with seven different macaroon of our choice...
interesting facts: Macarons are not to be confused with macaroons. Macarons are sandwich-like pastries made with two thin cookies and a cream or ganache between the cookies. Macaroons are dense cookies made either with coconut or with a coarse almond paste.
