For my Mom's Birthday , i took her to Safir International Hotel... got her a birthday cake and a fruit cake...that's one place we have our cakes from for special occasions...
Well ...as you can see she wrote Happy Birthday for me on the marzipan slab before it got placed on the cake...the pastry chef is a sweetheart!! she made it all special!! :) this cake is called as Nice Cake..its one of the best you could have..a must try!!
