Lakoocha Frozen Yogurt Cafe at Galleria 2000

Yesteday after work B decided to take me to Lakoocha...Once we reached there we noticed that our hostess was the same who worked earlier at the Crepe Cafe at Arraya center...he recognized us immediately :) which was really sweet!! and then he offered us to taste all the flavors...they have total of 5 flavors ..Mango, Mixed Berries , Strawberry cheesecake , Pomegranate and Original...we liked all of them except the mango flavor... personally we liked the Strawberry cheesecake flavor more ...

Our Order:

* Medium ( Strawberry cheesecake , Mixed berries , Pomegranate) KD 1.150

* Medium ( Strawberry Cheesecake and Pomegranate ) KD 1.150

* Toppings KD 1.000 each

Total : KD 4.300
Our toppings were mostly all the berries and white chocolate drops.. maybe in future i would avoid the toppings or maybe just eat it with the white chocolate drops coz it tastes better without the toppings...also i noticed that it melts quickly unlike others that we have had from Pinkberry and Napket!!
Well by the end of it B and i both have mixed reviews...we both liked it but B prefers Pinkberry more :)

Overall:

• 5 flavors to choose from for your frozen yogurt plus shakes and other drinks are also available

Fargali Juice Shop in Farwaniya

Last weekend i went off to visit a couple of friends...somehow we ended up thristy in Farwaniya and a friend recommend this juice shop..we stop by for some Mango shakes ( Amratoor with strawberry syrup) this was nice but i still prefer Amratoor from Time Out with chocolate syrup..

Boudoir Cafe in Kuwait City

Yesterday B and i sat at Boudoir cafe... B had the sheesha and french coffee while i sipped on some cocktail juice :) its a big cafe with indoor - outdoor seating and one entire 2nd floor for family!! we decided to sit out and enjoy the weather :)
Our Order:
*French Coffee KD 0.500
* Cocktail Juice ( Banana , Mango & Strawberry) KD 1.250

My Cocktail juice was refreshing , colorful and decent!! there is alot to choose from even for the non-smokers... :)

Napket - Yummylicious Drinks

This weekend we went to Napket coz i was caving for their icy yogurt but their machine wasnt working :( i was really disappointed but since we were already there we decided to get some drinks...

Watermelon Juice

I just loveeeee watermelon...its my Ultimate Fruit for Summer...
Its low in Saturated fat , Cholesterol and Sodium and its a very good source of Potassium, Vitamin A & C but it does contain some amount of sugar !! plus it contains 92% of water weight :)

Here are some ways to make your plain watermelon juice interesting :)
Recipe 1:

Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into cubes) , Fresh Lemon juice , Sugar and ice cubes

Method: blend it all together and make sure you dont put alot of lemon juice..if u blend it well u dont need to strain it!!

Recipe 2 :

Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into Cubes) , Strawberries , Sugar and ice cubes
Method: Blend it all together!!

Recipe 3 :

Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into Cubes) ,Sugar ,a few Mint Leaves and a teaspoon of Rosewater

Method: Blend it all together

Recipe 4 :

Ingredients: Watermelon ( Cut into cubes) , Sugar, a few fresh basil leaves and raspberries

Method: Blend it all together :)

You can make watermelon salads, fruits bowls , sorbet , granita or just scoop it up sprinkle some sugar and enjoy!! :)

This weekend we stopped by Buongiorno at Free Trade Zone..
Our Order:

* English Toffee Caramel Shake - free :)
* Sugar Glazed Donut KD 0.250

The pink lemonade was decent and so was the English Toffee Caramel Shake..B found it abit too strong towards the end!! the donut was nice and warm :)
later that evening it started raining so we decided to move out..maybe next time will try their sandwiches out!! :)
