Fondue Melt Away - New Menu

So it’s been a while since my last entry and I have decided to start posting a post on daily basis!! :) atleast i'll try my best to do so!!
I will start off with one of our favorite restaurants Fondue Melt Away!
Recently we had got an invitation from them to try out their new dessert menu ..so I went off with my sister for it!!



We met the ever loving mariam and she explained to us about the new menu and the new items on the menu that we should really try!!!For the new year they have introduced a new, simple and neat menu!! My sister and I totally loved it!!Plus they have a separate menu for take away with all your favorite desserts and a few new ones in addition to it!!
For take away they don’t have the home delivery service yet but u can order in advance and collect it from the restaurant without having to wait for your order!!
Plus they have mini sweets like mini oreo cheesecake, mini maltersers cake , mini choco –raspberry and mini hazelnut cake for wedding , gatherings and parties.
These little delights come in 5 dozen for KD 25.000
Please note that these must be ordered a day or two in advance to avoid any kind of inconvenience.

They have some really mouthwatering shakes lined up in their menu ...we were recommended to try out the Ferrero and Twix but ended up having Ferrero and Kinder...the best would be Ferrero..its totally yummylicious!!








So our order was:

• Ferrero Shake KD 1.950
• Kinder Bueno KD 1.950
• Mini Ice Cream Cake ( mini chocolate sponge centered with cream topped with chocolate vermicelli served with white chocolate & strawberry sauce dipping) KD 2.500
• White Fondue ( filling of white chocolate topped with custard in mini tarts & chocolate sauce) KD 2.750
• Aleena Chocolate Pudding ( warm molten chocolate pudding topped with shaved chocolate served with white chocolate sauce) KD 2.950
• French Coffee

Total would have come around KD 12.000 (complimentary)

My favorite among these three would be the Mini Ice Cream Cake with white chocolate and strawberry sauce dipping… I loved the presentation and it wasn’t too sweet nor too cold!!soft mini sponge topped with colorful vermicelli dipped in white chocolate and strawberry sauce was a win win for my sister and I …total yummylicious!!

The next was the Aleena Chocolate pudding with white chocolate sauce…I love the combination of dark chocolate and white chocolate..it always compliment’s one another… a spoonful of warm aleena chocolate pudding dipped in the white chocolate sauce is just heaven in your mouth!!!

The white fondue…were 3 mini custard tarts…I loved the custard filling and the texture of the tart but somehow it wasn’t something new for me…so it was number 3!!

Love the ambience, great music and wonderful staff!!!
