Phone Lines are Dead for all Brands by Americana Group

My sister had called KFC and Hardees and noticed that the lines are dead since morning ...so i called the Americana Group to enquire and see what was the problem but did not get a proper response. The only answer i got was that it's dead since morning..i asked why then the person got angry. hmm.. Any ways, no matter what the problem is .. i hope they get the lines back on!!!

Update: I was just informed that Mr. Nasser Al Khorafi (the owner) passed away. So that's the reasons why all the phone lines are closed. May his soul rest in Peace.
