I was at Ayam Zaman next to Sharq an hour ago and had the worse experience every.. I had ordered for a grilled boneless chicken and it never turned up. After 35 mins I asked one of the floor manager (I guess) and his response was “once the chicken is ready it will come to your table” I wonder how he got to manage the floor. Then after 40 mins I asked out waiter to cancel the order. Our waiter was alright but that floor manager was a one weird guy because I watched him after I spoke to him, he did not even bother to check and at the end when I spoke to him about it laid back attitude he claims that he did go and check.

Any way guys if you decide to go to that place then relaxing is one thing you can not do till your food is on the table.

carribou coffee shop in the airport downstairs has this one rude, disrespectful and touchy feely managers that doesn't need to work in this type of business if you plan to keep customers coming. I once heard them call him Syheid I assume that's his name. As long as he's there I will not give them my business but the foods great.
